Moreover, many drivers do not obey regulations, because people do not pay enough attention to the rule of traffic. For instance, I often see people cross the road hen the traffic lights are still red.
Last but not least, the gro th of ne roads’ construction is usually slo er than the increasing number of cars. For example, the len of the road has gone up by 20% in 2002. Ho r, the number of cars increased by 50% in the meantime.
