Nowadays, many international rescue organizations send denoted materials and money to poor countries. I should say that this conduct is basically reasonable. First, it s to the national material distribution. In rich countries, people have extra money and they have the ability to others. On the other hand, the people in poor countries are in great need of money and material. Therefore, it is a good method to solve the problem. The nction of these resuce organizatins is to collect such rescue materials and money to send them to the poor.
Howr, as we know, rything had its bad side.When such resuce materials enter the poor countries, for example, they send much rice to a country which is in ry need of rice and where rice price is very high, can you imagine what will happen? The rice price in this country will fall down, thus the local agriculture will be influenced and the local farmers will suffer from a great loss, which will an ill cycle,thus the country's economy will not get better but get worse by foreign resuce.
The key to this problem is to control the amount of rescuing material and keep it in a rational degree. Subsequently,this reasonable system will exert better nction.
